• Receiving documents written in a source language (Eng/Viet), which, normally, are sale contracts, service contracts, administrative texts, etc. from clients and helping translate them into a target language (Viet/Eng).• Being a consecutive interpreter in some meetings of foreign and Vietnamese clients (usually are contract signing meetings).

• Being in charge of 5 classes, managing up to 60 students throughout the time working at the center.• Working with a variety of clients, including students (aged differently), parents, foreign teachers.• Working directly with students’ parents, solving any relevant problems arising and offering effective solutions• Solving any relevant problems arising during the working time and offering effective solutions.• Serving as a bridge to help foreign teachers and Vietnamese students connect more effectively in every class sessions.• Serving as an interpreter for Vietnamese parents and foreign teachers during important meetings, events and discussions. • Taking part in some important events of the company as a bilingual MC (E.g. Ring the Golden Bell, etc.)
