Avire delivers an extensive range of safety and communication products for lifts including light curtains, emergency telephones, connectivity solutions and displays.I work in their Sydney office as the Product Support Engineer for whole of Australia and New Zealand.Major part of my role involves- Leverage my engineering background to provide support to Avire National sales team by adhering to the local codes and regulations. - Build and manage strong relationships with all our stakeholders.- Apply technical expertise to identify products that could add value to clients.- Proactively identify sales opportunities and pass them onto our sales team.- Liaise with Avire research teams across the globe to assist with new product development and continuous improvement of current product range.- On site commissioning of new products followed by customer training and remote support.
