I am responsible for all facets of our operations at KGZ Transport. This would include our transportation services, accounting, safety, recruiting, maintenance, brokerage and overseas offices . In my role as General Manager I have complete operational and P&L responsibility. I am providing senior-level leadership and direction, coordinating with other managers to ensure sales are maximized, costs are controlled and all relevant DOT, OSHA, and FMCSA regulations are followed.Short list of tasks- Ensure appropriate safety procedures for transporting non-hazardous freight.- Ensure high level of customer service is emphasized at all levels- Carry out all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures- Develop policies and procedures as needed- Review staff requirements and participate in recruiting activities, training and scheduling of personnel- Provide staff performance reviews and resolve employee problems- Conduct analysis in order to determine customer and market needs and opportunities- Maintain frequent contact with management staff and employees- Participate in short and long term market strategy development and implementation- Provide checks and balances- Assist in the development and use of budget/fiscal and inventory control programs- Ensure all administrative requirements are completed in a timely manner- Mentor and assist employees

Non-emergency medical transportation is a form of medical transportation which is provided in non-emergency situations to people who require special medical attention. Организация работы управления.Кредитование юридических, физических лиц, ПБОЮЛ.Анализ финансового состояния заемщика, вынесение заключения на кредитный комитет, оформление документов для кредитного портфеля (кредитные договора, договора залогов, поручительства).Участие в переговорах по вопросам кредитования.Разработка и внедрение нормативных документов, регламентирующих кредитную работу.Подготовка всех форм отчетности по кредитному портфелю.Мониторинг кредитного портфеля.Бухгалтерское сопровождение кредитов.Контроль за исполнением поставленных задач.

В дополнение к профессиональным обязанностям на предыдущей должности, замещение Директора Кредитного Департамента, являлся членом Кредитного Комитета, членом Комитета по работе с просроченной задолженностью.Принимал участие в решении ключевых вопросов отнесенных к компетенции Кредитного департамента.• Построение ипотечного бизнеса, структуризация, разработка и внедрение кредитных продуктов, Бэк-офис.• Формирование конкурентной продуктовой линейки.• Оптимизация бизнес-процессов и структуры кредитного департамента с целью увеличения производительности и качества обслуживания.,• Внедрение и разработка новых форм управленческой отчетности для прогнозирования кредитных рисков и контроля уровня дефолтности

Должность предусматривала:-реализацию процедур контроля на всех уровнях управления;-осуществление периодических проверок обеспечения соответствия операций установленным политикам и процедурам;-встроенность процессов по обеспечению текущего мониторинга в каждую операцию МКК с целью обеспечения выявления нарушений до того, как они смогут породить крупные проблемы для МКК;-проведение на постоянной основе мониторинга наиболее рискованных для МКК операций;-проведение анализа влияния на операции МКК каждого вида риска по отдельности и всеобъемлющая оценка риска с учетом существующих методов и мер контроля в МКК;-своевременное доведение информации о выявленных недостатках до руководства МКК.
