Main responsibilities:• Driving a HGV throughout the South East delivering palletised goods to customers.• Safely unloading customers goods contained within the vehicle.• Strictly adhering to EU and WTD rules.• Maintaining excellent customer service.• Planning my routes effectively to ensure fuel efficiency and deliveries completed on schedule.

Main responsibilities:• Driving an LGV throughout the South East with occasional travel across the rest of the UK.• Safely loading and unloading customers items into and out of the storage pods contained within the vehicle, ensuring the load is safe and stable.• Strictly adhering to EU and WTD rules.• Maintaining excellent customer service.• Using both counterbalance and reach forklifts to load and unload storage pods from the vehicle.

Main responsibilities:• Generating my own leads through advertising, including the use of Social Media platforms.• Qualifying my leads through regular contact via phone and email.• Appointing self generated and head office generated leads.• Following a sales process with the customer to the point of sale.• Providing aftersales care to the customer.

Main responsibilities:• To build and maintain new business relations not only on a local level, but Nationally.• To maintain existing business relations and ensure that clients are always provided with a fast, reliable and professional service whenever dealing with Static Trader. • To generate new leads and follow up existing leads for purchasing stock, whether private or trade.• Pitching sales and purchase opportunities to clients. • To ensure, to the best of my ability, that our clients' needs are met and expectations are exceeded.• As and when required, driving an 18t rigid vehicle transporting static caravans.• As and when required, driving an escort vehicle in support of a caravan transporter.

Main responsibilities:• Managing a caseload of approximately 120 files from instruction to completion.• Prioritising my workload to meet service level agreements and targets.• Maintaining good customer service and excellent communication skills when dealing with all parties including clients, the Land Registry, lenders and solicitors firms. • Producing letters and other documentation and maintaining a high level of accuracy, especially when dealing with and submitting financial documentation. • Checking title documentation for restrictions and charges.• Communicating with third parties in relation to restrictions, notices and charges held on title.• Requesting redemption figures and funds from lenders.• Creating finance dockets and invoices. •Ensuring the remortgage completes successfully within the agreed timescales. Main responsibilities:• Providing first line help-desk support both face to face and over the telephone• Dealing with a range of technical tasks, including troubleshooting hardware, software and systems problems.• Managing my time effectively to complete tasks quickly and within SLA targets. • Raising tickets with third parties and escalating where necessary.• Maintaining printers, scanners and copiers on a weekly basis.• Ordering consumables and where necessary liaising with engineers. • Setting up all new starters including third party accounts and creating and editing users in the telephone system.
