The Patent Docket Clerk will be responsible for providing support to the Patent Department. Specifically, the IP Docket Clerk will be responsible for the data entry and daily maintenance and operation of the department's Memotech (CPA Global) computerized docketing system. The IP Docket Clerk's duties will include integrating new files and records in the docking database; processing and docketing all incoming mail, faxes and email; coding, monitoring and maintaining due dates and other information; verifying and clearing daily action deadlines and reminders; and managing multiple other related duties. Major Responsibilities: * Opens, logs and dockets all forms of correspondence * Forwards correspondence to appropriate parties * Enters docketing information pursuant to instructions from patent paralegal/attorney * Maintenance of docketing information within the Memotech system* Conducts page by page quality control check of scanned file images as required * Support of document retention requirements for docketing database information
