Working in the KYC/regulatory department, I conducted client due diligence research on Institutional clients of RBC Capital Markets. Responsible for the day to day KYC processing of new client onboarding and periodic refresh activities.On a quarterly basis, I helped facilitate the KYC review for over $500 000 000 in revenue for clients predominantly trading in the FICC market. Daily correspondences with senior RBC management regarding the status of high revenue clients was a constant part of my responsibilities.
