Updated product to address market needs and scalability. Oversaw client delivery to US and UK government, insurers, healthcare, education and community payors.

Cofounder of this small startup focused on building community for the local 3D printing industry through aggregating local events and news and connecting the players. Led all aspects of business startup, including development of the website and exposure at tech shows. Produced the NYC3DP Summits, a week-long series of round table events that included experts from manufacturing, hardware, software, design, consumer goods, healthcare, law and public policy.

Topps is a well-known nostalgia brand and leader in sports and entertainment trading cards, including their own brands of Wacky Packages and Garbage Pail Kids and licenses with MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, UFC, WWE, Club Penguin, Disney properties, Spongebob, Star Wars, Moshi Monsters and Marvel. I joined Topps full-time after a two year contract with their games business, WizKids. I served in several roles including:● Vice President of Finance & Operations for the Sports & Entertainment Division - Responsible for management and financial turn around of this $150M, 100 employee business, leading the Finance, Project Management, Creative Services, Production, Sourcing, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Customer Service and Logistics functions.● VP, Entertainment Products - Served as the interim Category Manager which included full P&L responsibility, strategic planning, brand planning and sales channel expansion.Key contributions:✔ Reduced inventory holdings by 70%✔ Introduced new technologies to automate the product development processes✔ Colead a strategic repositioning project for the CEO

Following a consulting project, was asked by the President to serve as executive to lead all operations of this game company during a transition period.✔ Reduced product COGS by 12% through supply chain management and product feature value assessments.✔ Evaluated go-forward business model options and developed robust financial reporting for Topps’ CEO and CFO.✔ Following board decision to close down the business, shut down all office and warehouse operations,supported sell-off of company assets and integrated retained assets into the Topps' portfolio.

Recruited by this gaming startup company as a consultant initially, I was later asked to join the company full time as the EVP, responsible for all company day-to-day operations. Product lines included the Clout Fantasy Collectible Chip Game and the Bella Sara Online Virtual World and trading cards. Key contributions:✔ Developed the Bella Sara online virtual world MVP within 6 weeks and then rolled out merchandise and site improvements. Achieved $2.5M in revenue in the first year.✔ Set up all company operational and financial processes

I began my career at WotC as a project manager and quickly moved up into brand management, product development, operations and category management. Key roles included:● VP of Creative and Production Services - Responsible for the design, development, production, manufacturing and logistics for all global product and marketing materials.● VP of Trading Card Games - Responsible for the global success of the $150M Trading Card Game Business, including Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon, Star Wars, MLB, DuelMasters and Harry Potter. Developed the initial Magic Online product, the first successful digital objects product.on the market.● VP, Operational Planning - Responsible for company-wide strategic planning and operational restructuring during the transition period following acquisition by the Hasbro Company● Director, Product Development ● Project Manager ● Brand Manager - Responsible for global product development and localization for Magic: The Gathering, Magic Online, and all branded accessories products.

I joined this company shortly after college and moved up quickly. As manager of the Environmental Health Physics Group, I was focused on client projects related to radiological and chemical risk assessment and safety analysis. During my time, I developed the first known modelling technique and software program for combining the effects of radiological and chemical materials on human health and the environment.
