As the sole person running the office for this plumbing & heating company I dealt with everything from diary management for the Directors to daily organisation of sub-contractor's diaries, customer service and management of company fleet. I also produced invoices, quotes, tender documents and dealt with trade accounts, as well as producing monthly accounts, running payroll (inc. sub-contractor pay), liaising with accountants & filing company quarterly VAT returns.
