Currently, Ms. Bui Thi Thanh Tu is Community Manager of Business Startup Support Centre (BSSC). Ms. Tu Bui is known as a start-up ecosystem builder and a mentor with 5 years of experience in the startup ecosystem in Vietnam. During her career, she has supported, mentored and consulted for more than 500 startups and SMEs, 10,000 aspiring entrepreneurs. She is one of key members in BSSC to delegate to the vision to grow BSSC as the top startup incubator and accelerator, well recognized not only in Vietnam but also across Southeast Asia and East Asia.In order to maximize the impact power of the role as Community Manager at BSSC, Ms.Tu Bui joins and takes active roles in the other communities related to innovation such as Entrepreneurship Lecturer at FPT University, Mentor at SME Mentoring 1on1, Coach at SIB Ecosystem Vietnam. Besides that, she is passionate to support the young entrepreneur generation in the roles as Mentor or Judge for startup competitions of universities across Vietnam; Speaker for many startup webinars and talk-shows.Prior to BSSC, Ms. Tu Bui was a senior Marketing expert for 10 years in 3 Vietnamese and multinational corporations. She also was a founder and CMO for a SME in 3 years. With her diverse experience from 13 years on not only the corporate side but also the SME side, she joined BSSC to contribute to startup communities in Vietnam. With the growth mindset and life-long learning institute, she always learns and updates new knowledge by joining many education programs related to innovation and sustainable development such as:- 2023 KOSME Corporate Evaluation Model Sharing Program by Korea SMEs & Startups Agency (KOSME) at Busan, Korea in 2023.- Impact Management and Measurement for Social Impact Business in Vietnam by UNDP, Global Affairs Canada (GAC), Department of Enterprise Development (AED) - Ministry of Planning and Investment and Centre for Social Initiatives Promotion (CSIP) in 2023.- Entrepreneurship and Start-up Ecosystems by Ministry of Foreign Affairs Singapore in 2022.- Social Impact Business Innovation Champion Launchpad by UNDP and Canadian Embassy in 2022.- Innovation entrepreneurship for impact mentors by UNDP in 2021.Ms.Tu Bui graduated with a BA from the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City.
