Human Resources (80%)- Create, Organize, and maintain personnel records and HR Database.- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave) Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides- Prepare and arrange the onboarding process for all new-hire. In charge of the- Recruitment and Selection process (e.g. - Assisting to create JDs, background checks, advertising job listings, screening resumes, shortlisting interviewees, and coordinating interviews.)- Source and interview candidates based on company management requirement- Supporting company policies' revision- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)- Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues- Assist the finance department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)- Processing Payroll, Social Insurance, and Employee Leave Matters.- Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)Administrative (20%)- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms - Arranging Internal Company Events (e.g. Annual Company Trip) - Managing Petty Cash, checking invoices/receipts/bills, and reporting to the finance director for the making of payments - Maintaining Office Supplies- Periodic Stocktaking of Hardware - Equipment and report to the director- Arrange for refreshments for clients when meetings with managers/directors when necessary- Preparing and liaising with Outsource and Projects team on Outsource Contract and Schedules- Retrieve supporting documents and make payment request and follow up with finance to ensure payment is timely and correct. - Other Admin Tasks assigned by the manager/director.

- In charge of personnel administration (recruitment support, Social insurance, timekeeping machine...)- Arrange working schedule, meeting schedule, work schedule, organize meetings, record and summarize the content of meetings- Follow up labor contract/appendices and all attestations for staff - Follow up on customer contracts and documents, translate contracts and documents when required- Handle and manage office supplies purchasing, booking plane tickets for superiors, etc.- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from partners and customers and distribute them to departments - Contact new customers to consult and quote products and services required by clients- Contact and take care of regulars and potential customers for new promotions and after-sale support.- Directly close quotes/contracts and arrange implementation time with clients- Support the accounting department to inventory and import goods in the warehouse through KiotViet software- In charge of the display and arrangement of goods in the company's store- Support superior about paper works, sales consultants, approach customers, and take care of product introduction for customers- Manage customer group quotes, and promotions, and implement customer care campaigns.- Manage business-related documents and perform other duties as requested by General Manager.
