Production field: PCBA, Printer box build, scanner box build.Job scopes: Lead quality team, working with the customer directly about NPI project and quality issues, in conjunction with other internal support groups with all Worldwide Workcell Members, regarding issues affecting, quality system, lean manufacturing, and six sigma. Working with Customer directly for NPI project, daily bugs review meeting. Weekly review with Customer about product quality Leading to control IATF16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015 system and advise knowledge. Host internal audit for whole Jabil systems and follow-up action. Review and analyze field failures and corrective actions feedback to engineering then drive corrective actions. Coordinate and generate failure analysis and corrective action reports for customer issues.  Work with quality, production, manufacturing, suppliers, and subcontractors to discuss and resolve quality aspects of specialized parts, materials, and assemblies.  Provide communication forum for the exchange of ideas and information with the Worldwide plant quality and functional management departments, associated with new quality initiatives (process control tools) Prepare and present customer presentations. Support supplier survey activities. Interface and provide technical support on component quality issues with the customer as needed. Training for Quality Engineer (Problem solving, AQP and quality tools, Jabil system application…). Manage production regulatory, preparation for 3rd audit, and site pre-audit (UL, CCC, TUV…) Team management (3 Quality Engineers, 10 Technicians, 78 Operators)
