-Open and close store, including cash handling and system start-ups.-Ensures store’s daily operations flows smoothly by supervising associates and distributing proper tasks.-Receive new inventory daily and prepare proper paperwork for vendors.-Maintain store front by giving stocking, cleaning, recovery, and cashiering tasks to associates as necessary as well as doing store damages daily.-Prepare proper order of store goods, including sales products, store uses, and frozen food.-Maintain store safe and proper cash handling to ensure accuracy and no discrepancies.-Ensure accurate inventory via pack-away products.-Communicate as necessary with other managers on store procedures for the day, weekly events, necessary tasks, and other important functions.

-Check and quantify inventory volumes.-Communicate with mangers and coworkers to keep accurate records and avoid failed audits.-Operate terminals and report on ticket ranges.

-Check current prices of all merchandises.-Operate terminals and store devices, create signs, labels, and tickets with appropriate prices.-Change price signs and markdown merchandises with corrected prices.-Work as a team, train and supervise junior associates.-Make verbal and written reports.-Communicate with store managers on the most optimum approach to store operations, such as scheduling hours, staffing, presenting the correct promoted products, etc.-Aid other departments when appropriate with restocking the sales floor, helping the receiving team move merchandises from trucks to the stockrooms and sales floor, and moving merchandises and fixtures around to their proper destinations.
