Having earned my civil engineering degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, I embarked on a dynamic and interesting 5-year journey working in construction and building industry which armed me logical and scientific approach to enhance my problem solving skill. After that, my enthusiasm for innovation and knowledge led me to pursue a research degree at the prestigious University of Melbourne where I have learned not only research skills but also self managing, leadership, and management skills. With 6 years working as a researcher, I have seamlessly transitioned into management roles where I leverage my expertises in problem-solving, logical thinking, strategic planning, and my research capabilities to drive my success in every endeavour.
