- Monitor & do preventive maintenance activities to fix the problem on the facility equipment before it happen , to make them work more stable : Electrical, Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation, Air compressor , Nitrogen, Fire alarm, Fire fighting system, Pure water & Waste water treatment system,CCTV, BMS, Access Control and Solar PV Rooftop.- Manage and assess the risks for facilities supply to reduce ITP (interruption to production).- Doing modification Maintenance & Improvement programs to achieve the lowest life-cycle cost.

Shtp

- Maintaining the stability of all stable and rotation machines in facility system as: Compressor, chiller, pump, adsorption dryer, cooling tower, FFU & HVAC clean room, vaccum pump, heat exchanger, AHUs, …- Doing modification & Kaizen to make the system more effective & more safety and cost savings, supported quality assurance to upkeep the highest quality standard in current service supply.

• Good knowledge and experience of operation and maintenance basic equipment in Utility Plant :- Centrifugal pumps, non-seal pumps- Compressor, Adsorption Dryer - Chilled water systems : Chiller,Blower,Pressure-Temperature-Humidity controller…- Nitrogen Generator system (Produced by Taiyo Nippon Sanso): 800M3/Hr gas & 150M3/Hr Liquid Nitrogen in same time.- Thermal oil heater: NESS Burner use fuel heavy oil/natural gas- Cooling water system, pumps system.- Process equipment : pneumatic vavle, heat exchanger, IGV control vavle, piping part...- Predictive Maintenance - Condition Monitoring practices- Have experience in supervising installed, technology transfer from the manufacturer, trial operation and final operation of equipment when building a new plant.
