MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Organize and liaise with Department Heads concerned for new employee orientation and induction. Initiate, propose, conduct and monitor training courses.- Develop appropriate training materials.- Implement and follow up on training activities.- Maintain and update all training records.- Provide updated information on relevant external course for associates- Arrange training programmes for trainees - Propose an annual training plan.- Work closely with Group People Development Director.- Work closely with Departments Heads to get feedback and monitor the training progress.- Assist senior management in developing training concepts for management levels.- Perform any special duties or projects as assigned from time to time by Management.

• Develop and supervise all marketing and sales activities• Work with Operation Manager and Accountant to develop sales forecasts as well as advertising and promotional programs and pricing strategies• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals• Coordinate sales operations with all other departments of hotel• Develop, maintain and improve business relations with customers and clients of hotel, including Travel agencies, Online travel agencies, FIT, etc• Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for hotel• Study and analyze market and guest’s reviews to develop new products & services for hotel• Evaluate and report the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results to Hotel Manager• Plan and coordinate with public affairs, public relations and community outreach to advertise and promote hotel• Design and supervise preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs• Assist Hotel Manager in preparation of the marketing, advertising, sales plans, programs and annual budget; manage within approved plans and budgets• Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure smooth service delivery• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors and Management. • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and local services • Contact appropriate individual/department as necessary to resolve guest request, or problem. • Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction. Dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed.

- Introduced and guided the enterprises to implement investment projects in accordance with the Investment Law, Enterprise Law, High Technology Law, Tax Law, Law on Import-Export, Labor Law ....- Analyzed database and reported on the activities of the business (investment, exports, imports, sales, profits, operating expenses for R & D ...) to evaluate the effectiveness of project to produce high-technology- Monitored, inspected and guided the enterprises to implement policies and legislation on occupational safety, food safety, fire protection ...
