Caarly now is Carousell Motors, a part of Carousell family. As the Lead Engineer in Carousell Motors:- Work closely with CTO to develop and maintain the Company's technical stack and products.- Work closely with Production manager and other departments (Business, Marketing, and Carousell team) to clarify product roadmap.- Is the key communicator within the VN team. Manage and Hire members to grow technical team in VN from 1 to 10 members.- Main in-charge of iOS code, and take a part in backend code (using NodeJS) to turn current system from Monolith into Microservices.

- Recruiting new member and training them to grow up mobile team.- In charge for developing a secure messaging application on iPhone/iPad, that use some cryptographic algorithms (RSA, AES, Blowfish) to protect the message (and files) of user during transfer on Internet.- R&D VoIP to make a voice and video call

• Working as server-side developer to build up banking application (SMS/USSD and Mobile Banking). They will be integrated with mobile and bank system to provide bank services to bank’s user (such as payment, transfer, recharge, balance inquiry,…). These applications are using in many banks and carriers in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Panama, Peru....• Building and deploying application in staging environment. Responsibility to ensure it work fine before deploying it to production environment. Also take responsibility to solve incidents from production environment.• The main developer of iOS platform, take responsibility to develop new application , maintain all iOS application are available on AppStore. Research and build up successful Augmented Reality component, and this component is intergrated into Banking applications.• Achieve Team Player Award, award is intended to person have the best contributions in Month.
