- Support to the assembly line operation- Elaboration of process assembly manuals- Analysis and solution of the assembly line non conformities- Elaboration of PDCA for solution of non conformitiesPrograms:Embraer 170/190 Central Fuselage III, Floor and Doors' ReinforcementsEmbraer Phenom 100/300 Composite Parts.

- EMBRAER ERJ190 structural inspection of CFIII lateral panels, CFI and CFIII floors and door' reinforcements;- Use of ultrasound equipment for thickness measurement;- Reading and interpreting of technical drawings and preparation of Non-Compliant Documents.

Embraer 170/190 Central Fuselage III Panels - Drilling, sealing and fasteners installation (rivets and high precision pins);- Reading and interpretation of aeronautical drawings;- Improvement implementation on assembling methods.
