• Maintaining and updating spreadsheets on branch locations affiliations and name changes• Assists in evaluating the compliance group, including writing policies, procedures, training and monitoring LBs and FAs. • Assisting Licensed Bankers to be affiliated and appointed with certain carriers• Determines whether License Bankers and Financial Advisors are within applicable law, rule or regulations for insurance • Assist in creating curriculum for financial advisors and bankers for their continuing education that's specific to company products

• Conducting routine credit investigations for wholesale brokers• Work closely with various level of management on Wholesale broker challenges (account set ups, branch/program additions, information updates)• Work with legal department on Wholesale Licensing verifications• Researching the sales hierarchy for sales team set up, keep maintenance on sales changes

• Reconcile assigned ATM network accounts while providing assistance to assigned branches in researching outstanding difference in their account• Project lead in the testing and validation of systematic implementations impacting the accounting business units • Ability to effectively communicate while maintaining strong relationships with business partners and management through the demonstration and execution of the Service Advantage process with a customer centric vision• Serve as a senior accounting specialist and training resource for levels I and II accounting team members
