Function: Villa, Apartment, Office.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Directed the design, permitting, agency coordination, and construction management of the projects encompassing more than 420.000 sqm of land, 2000 townhome and villa, 40.000 sqm of retail/restaurant/office.- Formation and oversight of project development teams; project feasibility analysis, packaging and management including but not limited to site identification and assembly, land clearing and compensation, contract negotiations, construction management, marketing, sales, leasing, management and disposition.- Orchestrated the agreement with the authorities to allocate all of the required water, sewer, and transportation entitlements necessary for the projects- Lead and collaborated with members of local authorities related to comprehensive plan land use amendments, land development code text amendments, signage text amendments, land use text amendments.

Total invested capital: $48 milion included 3Villa, 88 condominiums, 196 hotel rooms, restaurant, spa, swimming pools.RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for the entire sales process, including developing sales and marketing plans, collateral development, website design and content management.- Hold open house inspections, instructing clients on best practices for selling success and - liaising between renters/owners and prospective buyers for property inspections- Preparation of legal documents including listings and sales contracts- Provide legal, economic and market advice to prospective clients- ACHIEVEMENTS:Generated leads for and closed close to $3 milion in sales in 2009 and $11 milion in 2010.
