- Leading the Research & Development efforts to conceptualize and create novel educational products, encompassing short courses and training programs tailored for fostering innovation and leadership skills.- As a Green Transformation Specialist: researching and formulating a part of the comprehensive proposal for Green Transformation and Green Growth within Khanh Hoa Province, focusing on the model implementation in Nha Trang City from 2024 to 2030. - I am excited to start my new position at the National Volunteer Program of WUSC Vietnam, within the scope of IGNI+E Project, funded by Global Affairs Canada.- To be specific, I have received a 7-month-assignment to work as Social Impact Development Advisor for WUSC Vietnam's partner: Vietnam Research Institute for Innovation and Development (VID - https://vidinstitute.org/) with the responsibilities:- Supporting VID to advance gender equality and the economic empowerment of youth through their training and incubation platform for impact startups and social impact businesses (https://impactup.site/)- Assisting VID in improving their social impact measuring and managing performance; in implementing more sustainable, innovative and inclusive initiatives and services for poor and marginalised youth through new services based on their interactive social impact business map (https://imapvietnam.org/)

During 2 months, I was involved in simultaneous interpreting (mainly from English to Vietnamese) for the program "Innovative and Strategic Leadership and Administration for Local Government Professionals". I had a chance to work with different topics designed for Vietnamese Delegations from Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Transport and Department of Home Affairs, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The program was a great combination of lectures, workshops and site visits, and I did interpretation for all three kinds of activities in the program. The interpreted topics including:- New Zealand Trade and Economic Environment- New Zealand Political Environment; Central and Local Government- Leadership Awareness and Change Management- Job Design and Competency Framework- Auckland Seaport and Auckland Transport Operations Centre

Property Valuation- Preparing written reports that estimate property values, outlining methods by which the estimations were made, and meet appraisal standards;- Searching public records for transactions such as sales, leases, and assessments;- Inspecting properties to evaluate construction, condition, special features, and functional design, and to take property measurements;

Transfer Pricing Issues Consulting- Preparing parts of Transfer Pricing Reports (Industry Analysis, Financial Analysis, Business Overview);- Extracting corporates’ data from online database and calculating the financial criteria;
