Tan Phong Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company was established in 2005. Our main business field is: industrial equipment manufacturing and processing; technical services providing; devices installation; factory construction….My outstanding achievement during working time here is establishing and developing relationship with some Japanese partners who work in the field of: technical service; industrial investment…I had chance to take part in large-size project such as: Equipment installation for Almine Vietnam factory package (100% FDI from Japan, with scale of over 1.000 tons of equipment).In the year 2013, I played an important role in establishing relationship and negotiating contract, helping the company to gain strategic cooperation with a Korean partner. Thanks to this long-term and firmly partnership, the Company have overcome hard time in business and had more opportunity to develop in the next 3 to 5 years.

Huawei - TST Vietnam JSC was set up in 2007 on the basis of strategic collaboration agreement between Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Cooperation (VNPT) - representative is Telecommunications service and Technology JSC (TST) and Huawei Technologies - a world leading telecommunication equipment provider from China.Two years working at HTSV is the most important period in my career process and business skill development. I was in charge of business and planning. My scope of work included of managing the implementation of all projects; organizing all processes of business like searching customers, developing market, bidding; negotiating contracts; implementing contracts…My achievement in this period is to support the Company to develop new market, providing new products. I was the first Business Director who gained revenue of 250 billions VND for the Company (2011).I directly took part in defining development orientation for new business field and new products for the next years. This brought me a lot of valuable experience.

PACIFAB - a high-tech company - was born in May 2009. Their business plan is to develop microelectronics industry in Vietnam. I joined Pacifab since the very first days of establishment. With over 5 years working experience, I took part in setting up and organizing the Company, receiving technology transfer, training staff, building production processes…The Company’s development was not as expected due to economic crisis 2009. However, I still gained valuable experience in organizing, managing and controlling business, thanks to a professional working environment, with experts in high-tech field coming from Silicon Valley of America.

The year 2008 was a difficult time for the economy in general, but TFP has kept continuous development and is one of biggest optical fiber cable manufacturers in Vietnam, with sales revenue in 2008 of nearly 90 billion VND. Being Deputy Director responsible for production, technology and R&D, I have contributed in managing stable production of the factory, researching and development of solutions to save production cost, develop new products according to the needs of the market. With the role of a leader in the company, I was involved with market development, and searching new development trend for the company in the coming years. Founded in May 2007 by 4 members of VNPT, TFP specializes in producing optical cables for the telecommunications system. I joined since the establishment of the company, directly responsible for equipment installation, and technology transfer, training workers, establishing production processes, process management of the factory and then directly managed production. By mobilizing maximum power of teamwork, we have completed these tasks with excellent result: shortening the preparing time to produce first product from 6 months to 3 months, having many ideas, solutions to optimize production process and save production cost. Over nearly 1 year working in the position of Production Director has helped me to gain a lot of experience in human resource management, production management of a high-tech factory.

Being a unit of VNPT, provides Telecommunications technical services: installation and maintenance of telecommunications systems, implementation of infrastructure telecommunications network development... This was a professional working environment that help me to develop basic career skills. During 3 years working here, I worked as an Telecommunications engineer: Joining in the installation, equipment maintenance, handling problems on the telecommunications network of VNPT. Also here I have started the job of a manager, developed management skills, implemented project.
