Participated in the 3-round recruitment process, including resume review, teamwork, and interview.- Spearheaded the planning and execution of 5 internal training events for a team of 30 members and collaborators. - Designed and implemented individual development paths for 30 members and collaborators.- Managed all internal operations and projects at Ekip Radio (Ekip Birthday, Ekip Photoshoot, Ekip Picnic, etc.).- Collaborated with the Head of Ekip Radio to sustain the brand development strategy for S Radio.- Provided guidance, mentorship, and support to Ekip's members throughout projects, products, etc.
