*Ekip is a unit with the same organizational scale as a Department in this Group.- Consulted Head of Ekip Radio on The Collaborator Recruitment Program. Participated in the 3-round recruitment process, including resume review, teamwork, and interview.- Spearheaded the planning and execution of 5 internal training events for a team of 30 members and collaborators. - Designed and implemented individual development paths for 30 members and collaborators.- Managed all internal operations and projects at Ekip Radio (Ekip Birthday, Ekip Photoshoot, Ekip Picnic, etc.).- Collaborated with the Head of Ekip Radio to sustain the brand development strategy for S Radio.- Provided guidance, mentorship, and support to Ekip's members throughout projects, products, etc.

- Built strong sense of teamwork and purpose to ensure smooth collaboration among the 6 core teams.- Effectively formulated strategies, tactics and action plans for a communication project with a key hook being a 3-episode podcast, achieved a total reach of 470,000.- Effectively utilized human resources, funds, and time throughout the project. Managed paperwork efficiently and effectively.- Assumed ultimate responsibility for all products released throughout the project.

- Led and tracked the performance of 2 members of the team.- Developed a detailed plan for the Internal Communications & HR team to execute. - Increased campaign awareness by managing 4 internal channels and leading the production of over 30 pieces of inspiring content (designs, short videos, motion GIFs, etc.) aligned with the campaign.- Executed 2 internal training events on IMC and Partnership, attracting over 50 participants.

- Set up and operated audio, visual, lighting, and other technical equipment for Campaign's Event Day.- Troubleshot technical problems and made repairs as needed.- Worked with the Event team and Event Content team to ensure that technical requirements were met.
