Applied scaled agile scrum to build up product development teams (total 10-18 members). Trained and encouraged these teams ‘self-managed’ collaborate to AP onshore product owners and developers to develop high quality/accessibility responsive front end for digital mailbox product. Facilitate product development activities and collaboration with team, product owners and other department to remove impediments. Applied CI/CD and braching model best practice to help shortening time and ensuring quality of deliverables. Applied unit test and automation test to reduce testing effort, assuring no ‘hidden’ bug when integrating new feature into current system.

Recruit and train cross functional teams (10 - 12 members). Collaborate with product owners to define working process based on agile scrum best practices and bring mobile experience to users (mobile web, android and iOS apps). Facilitate product development activities and collaboration with team, product owners and other department to remove impediments. Move product to cloud servers to reduce annual hosting costs. Apply puppet to automate system management. Apply automation test/unit test to ensure quality. Conduct cool stuff day for researching interested technologies. Conduct outdoor teambuilding activities to increase team collaboration.

Recruit and train software development team with applying agile scrum (10 members). Work with senior management to develop new mobile applications, games (iOS, Android). Maintain and develop new features for vSource, an intelligent candidate sourcing platform.

Manage web CMS, eCommerce projects based on LAMP platform and PHP open sources i.e Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal, OpenCart, Magento. Recruit and train PHP functional team for projects. Conducted team building activities. Conducted estimation for PHP biddings. Collaborate to other technical architect to propose technical solution for projects.
