Develop (pre and post-opening) strategies, manage campaigns and resort exposure across all channels of marketing/communication to support short-term business goals, drive future demand, uplift brand credibility and analyze the success of marketing campaigns.

Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the resort's marketing & communications strategies (pre and post-opening) in terms of branding, advertisement, promotions, public relations, graphics and content to support the business goals and maximize the resort’s positive exposure in local, national and international markets.

Implement digital marketing and public relations plan to promote online exposure and lead generation among targeted audiences and support Marketing Manager on brand positioning and image through social media platforms.

[Pre-Opening] Lead the development of brand exposure through official identity guidelines, collaterals, website, commercial images, marketing action plan, events and media network.

Oversee and guarantee the brand DNA is well adapted through visuals, collaterals, posters and social media platforms. Develop & maintain partnerships with national/international key media, banks, chambers and organizations.

Assist the marketing department in their advertising and promotional efforts and complete clerical and administrative duties, build social media campaigns and prepare promotional materials and presentations
