Simply description what I'm doing:+ Data Engineer manager: management and governance all data flow from Application data to Report data of Distribution Compensation + Data Analysis manager: consultant and guide pattern to statistic and analysize business decision+ BI Manager: designer and creator of Data Warehouse and Tabular Model+ DBA: administrator of all databases and all privileges, process to access databases

- Leader of team has 4 members serving all reports for ~ 45,000 agents.- Design and structure all databases, jobs, store procedure, functions,… by SQL in SQL Server.- Implement Data Warehouse/Data Model for reporting about Compensation, Productivity, Operation.- Use Power BI, Qlik Sense to visualize report and dashboard.- Review, analysis and consult new policy, feature and process.- Manage requirements, documents about KPI, Measure matrix and work with IT to deploy system in Mobile App.- Review, analysis and consult new policy and process, contest.

- Implementing and deploying Data Warehouse for Data Compensation Department in SQL SERVER.- Building Data Model for Power BI to report to DCP and CP.- Centralizing data of the department.- Ensuring and calculating the bonus for District Director level.

- Manage and utilize report for CEO and COO, and high managers about Collection Efficiency portfolio.- Build the forecast model to estimate the Net Flow of next day, week, month for Collection Debt Group.- Build the plan and allocation model to assign the account number to right and fair Collection Department.- Control target setting for Collection Department from ticket size target till product group target.- Analysis and document new component, project impacting to performance of Collection.

- Manage and optimize daily, monthly report showing all performances of all Collection departments at FE Credit- Build report showing full activity, productivity, action of individual Caller collectors- Provide insight, accurate data to calculate salary, bonus for all collectors of the FE Credit- Test and examine new method, factor,.... related to Collection Operation
