• Manage the full cycle recruitment (sourcing strategies, talent recruitment, HR interview, selection, reference check, offer negotiation, on-boarding, orientation, probationary evaluation, off-boarding and etc.) relevant to IT Department including IT Product and IT Outsourcing Team.• Control recruitment strategies based on business operations and analysis of the recruitment data.• Work closely with the Hiring Manager so that recruitment needs are achieved within the responsibility of Business Units, especially understanding the job requirement, job analysis, etc.• Conduct HR interviews to identify and select talented candidates from the available database.• Keep successful relationships with stakeholders (candidates, line managers, hiring manager, etc.)• Make and follow NDA & Probation & Labor contracts for new members.• Maintain the close relationships between the departments by planning and organizing the activities (happy hours, sports, team building, company trips etc.)• Submit weekly & monthly HR reports & give reasonable solutions to CEO/CXO.• Attend to HR Engagement & Employment Branding.• Have experience in Team-leading.
