• Actively coached and taught Lean principles to create a cultural shift for higher quality and more efficient productivity • Support, train, mentor and coach executives, management, supervisors, team leaders and operators on HOS principles, processes, and tools as defined in the Standard Implementation framework • In liaison with the HOS Team and Aerospace Executive Leadership team, drive continuous improvement through Lean implementation. • Manage and coach multiple CI projects, providing classroom, 1:1 training and mentoring at all levels of the organization• Lead projects, mentor and coach other sites and locations, as required, either as an implementation site or in preparation for eventual implementation with a focus on pre-implementation foundational work. • Drive standardization and consistency of approach to implement HOS throughout the Integrated Supply Chain. • Work closely with other HOS teams across Honeywell for support and continued update of latest HOS enhancements/updates. • Lead kaizen events and rapid problem solving exercises and other learning events as detailed in the HOS specifications.• Coach and Partner with SBE/SBU ISC leaders to ensure alignment of strategy and tactics for successful HOS implementation• Drive organizational progress toward operating system maturity, sustainability, and continuous improvement• Partner with HOS OD Process Leader to drive appropriate culture change to ensure sustainability of the Honeywell Operating System.• Partner with HOS OD Process Leaders to provide training and coaching, as appropriate, to HOS Lead Deployment Specialists, site HOS leaders, and HOS Specialists to develop and deploy tools, processes, and training needed to support HOS.• Coordinate with the HOS Leadership and Integrated Supply Chain Leadership Team to drive continuous improvement• Drive supplier improvement by deploying and implementing Lean principles to improve delivery and quality

• Share knowledge with other HOS Specialists and teams across Honeywell for support and continued update of latest HOS enhancements/updates utilizing benchmarking efforts to lead development of "Best-in-Class" operational practices• Supported, trained, mentored and coach leaders supervisors on Honeywell Operating System principles • Trained and Deployed the Site Leadership Team on Strategy Deployment (Hoshin), 5S, Standardized Work, and Leadership Standardized Work to facilitate HOS deployment • Collaborate with enabler teams (HR, HSE, Quality, Engineering, SIOP, VPD, and Sourcing/Procurement/Materials Management) to ensure meaningful integration of the Honeywell Operating System.• Drive consistency and standardization of operating system approach throughout the site• Deploy tools, processes, and training needed to deploy the Standard Implementation Framework• Share knowledge with other HOS Specialists and teams across Honeywell for support and continued update of latest HOS enhancements/updates utilizing benchmarking efforts to lead development of 'Best-in-Class' operational practices
