From the start of April to the end of August I ran a successful $125.000 summer painting business in Vancouver and New Westminster. Along the journey I learned crucial management skills as I managed, organized and directed two full crews of painters. Additionally I learned a lot about marketing and customer service as I dealt with customers and customer feedback on a daily basis, all while marketing the company and attracting new clients daily. Although I faced many challenging setbacks and losses it was from those that I learned the most. All of the long days and hours culminated in a $125.000 business and a 4.6 star rating on google.
