I work directly with Engineers, Plant Maintenance Supervisors, Fleet Managers, and associated plant and fleet maintenance technicians. It is my job to develop ongoing collaborative customer relationships focused on much more than just providing high performance lubricants. My objective with every customer is to improve equipment reliability, reduce operating costs, reduce maintenance labor hours, and work to achieve the lowest possible annual lubrication expense. We work to thoroughly analyze each application in order to accurately provide best lubrication solutions to each facility. Lubrication training classes are provided (both on and off site) to help with staff development, change management, and to help provide the foundation necessary to achieve lubrication excellence. I am available to provide onsite lubrication training courses as needed and in depth three day classes are available quarterly from the Hydrotex headquarters in Dallas, TX.
