I am responsible for developing and implementing learning and development strategy that supports our objectives and fosters a culture of continuous learning.

- Internal Project Management: I act as the right hand to the General Manager and work on projects that effect the company as a whole. Projects include program development, team building, communication and more- Continuous Improvement: Primary contact for coaching teams and improving our Kaizen abilities as a company- Build training curriculum: I create and implement standard work for a wide variety of topics - AS9100: Oversee our transition from AS9100C to AS9100D

- Production Lead. Scheduling, inventory management, quality assurance, team development

- Lean Manufacturing. Learned the philosophy through working on the front lines at a reputable organization- Woodworking. Learned how to do everything in the shop

I was responsible for being the point of contact for the IT department. I learned that 80% of IT issues can be solved by turning it off and on again.
