Customers who utilize our services not only have outsourced day-to-day IT infrastructure and end-support, they are looking to ABS to help adapt technology to meet their business goals.Customers utilizing the department engage us for short-term projects, helping them make mission-critical technology decisions. The projects include security and compliance consultations, business application decisions, and impacts of cloud migration. We also have long-term engagements where customers have decided to outsource the CIO role within their organization. Beyond a typical customer/vendor relationship, these engagements typically have an ABS outsourced CIO working with senior management as an advisor and member of the executive team, translating business needs to technical resources and guiding those technical resources to achieve the organization's strategic goals.
