As a dining room and banquet server at TPC Colorado at Heron Lakes, I am responsible for giving guests a high quality restaurant experience for their business meeting, family celebration, or much needed Friday dinner date. From a growing knowledge base of food and beverage, coupled with a high paced environment, I have enjoyed sharpening my sales and customer relationship skills at TPC.

As an assistant HOA property manager, I was responsible for managing several different areas of the industry. With a mix of residential, mixed-use, and commercial spaces, I was charged with assisting with vendor relations, customer relations management, and team trainings among other responsibilities. The HOA management industry is unique since it covers a large variety of skills and industries and I am excited to see where my time and skills from WestWork takes me in the future.

I ride and train horses for clients. They give me a description of what they would like to use the horse for and I work with the horse and rider to try and attain these goals.

I was responsible for maintaining the outdoor landscape for several different clients. I trimmed, mowed, prepared different features for fall and spring activities, improved areas of land for plant growth and also completed snow removal.

During the summer, either weekly or multiple times per week I volunteered at Guided Hope, a non-profit for kids and families to experience time on a farm together. I helped lead horses while guests rode, led guests on animal tours, and worked along side guests in farm chores.

I was responsible for stocking and loading product for customers at Homestead Mills in Cook MN. This product included large amounts of pancake mix, animal feed, hay, and fertilizer. I used machinery such as forklifts, skid-steers, mowers and bagging equipment. Whenever customers needed assistance, I either helped them myself or directed them to the right person either over phone or in-store.

I was a camp counselor for campers at Upon the Rock Christian Camp. I worked with other counselors to give campers the best camp experience. This one week in the summer included serving meals, leading group games and cabin discussions, and performing skits during camp seminars. The head counselor and I were responsible for 4-6 kids in our cabin for the week.
