Elected and served on Executive board for two full academic years. Lead executive meetings with my associate board members once a week to consistently maintain a proper membership and administer appropriate disciplinary action to those who violate policies or standards. Communicate and collaborate with associate board members to ensure that decisions made are in line with the fraternity's values and mission.

Responsible for all operations and activities conducted by the 115 man fraternity. This includes risk management, new member education, campus relations, community service and managing the chapters annual budget of $300,000. Served as a liaison between the brotherhood and external organizations. Insured compliance and adherence to policies put in place by Washington State University, Lambda Chi Alpha headquarters and many others.

Reviewed specifications and plans to appropriately quantify and distribute construction materials and labor to projects at hand. Administered bids on future projects after taking into account calculations, scheduling and cost analysis. Coordinated and scheduled projects with city officials, suppliers and managers.
