Selected and established by the officer in charge to orchestrate several command tours for high ranking officials from foreign navy’s to include Chilean and Peruvian Admirals. Selected as Submarine Learning Center Sailor of the Year for 2017.-Certified and taught 9 different types of courses -Consistently praised by students and staff for having an excellent work ethic and earned Sailor of the Quarter, Instructor of the Quarter, and Sailor of the Year awards.-Selected by senior leadership as the lead instructor for sending thousands of Naval Academy and ROTC students through a high risk damage control trainer.-Master Training Specialist Coordinator for the entire Submarine Learning Center command.-Course Supervisor for four different courses, directly responsible for the curriculum and instructors of the course.

Delegated numerous tasks involving the overall success of individuals training progress.-Planned and completed the corrective maintenance actions of auxiliary systems during operational conditions to include the ships Oxygen Generator, Trim pump, CO2 Removal Scrubbers, Diesel Engine, and various other system components.-Responsible for the supervision and training of 5 auxiliary mechanics in the operation of equipment during ships movements and their progress in qualifications.-As the ships auxiliary calibration petty officer, maintained over 300 temperature gages/switches and pressure gages/switches in calibration and received a captain’s letter for recognition of the revitalization of the calibration program.-Adapted to constantly changing environments where quick thinking and precise actions were critical.-While taking logs on critical systems, achieved a fine level of attention to detail to better predict trends that need to be acted upon.
