In this role, I advised on the acquisition/disposition of office, retail and industrial real estate. My client roster included LNR, Phillips & Edison Company, Wells Fargo Bank and Sun Life of Canada, among others.I represented both property buyers and sellers and advised on the purchase and sale of investment properties. I also assisted with financial underwriting and analysis. As part of my scope of responsibilities, I gathered, verified and analyzed property information including financial and other third-party reports. Well-versed in ARGUS, I used this tool regularly to complete valuations to counsel clients on the best course of action. With a keen ability to identify and eliminate potential hurdles that may occur throughout the investment process, I assisted my clients to maximize their investment values. Regardless of the size of the project, I use a strategic and detailed approach to determine the optimal course of action on each deal. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS► Facilitated the sale or purchase of over 6.5 million sq. ft. of office, retail and industrial investment property, equating to a total transaction value of $1 billion► Developed and maintained an exclusive database that tracked every investment property in Salt Lake, Davis, Weber and Utah counties with a value of $1 million or greater.
