 Provided quarterly forecasts using an internal tool called CBRE Outlook on real estate fundamentals like rents, vacancy rates, supply/demand drivers and investment trends and elaborated a quarterly market overview report for occupiers, owners & investors. Monitored, analysed, and provided detailed pipeline reports to the local managing director.
