Twilio allows software developers programmatically to make and receive phone calls, send and receive text messages, and perform other communication functions using its web service APIs. Here I had to work mostly with the customers tickets on the Hosted SMS process and solve different client issues within an SLA timer. Other projects I have: “Identities” which is an online place were people around the world are sending requests for a particular type of phone number and I have to verify the personal data.
