Main responsibilities:• Prospecting, counselling, selling and offering customer service for the main products of the company: industrial and commercial steel chains, cable wire ropes, lifting equipments and accessories;• Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs;• Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationship;• Evaluate technical constraints and needs for lifting systems and industrial transporting conveyors in heavy industries; Main achievements• Developing the customer portfolio to more than 30 regional commercial stores and more than 20 industrial customers;• Creating a strategy to deliver a great customer experience to existing clients by establishing business partnerships based on trust, flexibility and collaboration.

During my masterate period I have collaborated as an assistant with Finance – Accounting Department of Economic Sciences Faculty from University of Oradea on two courses for 3rd year Bachelor DegreeBudget and finance of startup projects- analyzing scoring criteria and eligibility for startup grants;- provide support on how to establish financial goals and objectives;- defining the key elements of a business plan;- debating on target markets, competitive advantage and risk;- supervise students project presentation and encourage debate in the classroom;Finance of the public institutions- developing an instructional plan and ensure that it meets professor curricula and standards;- outlining the financial flow between public entities;- exercising on simulations of public resources allocation algorithms; - highlight sustainable practices of the allocation methods by a multi criteria scoring;- evaluate subjective methods by comparing with technical algorithms; - publish original research in academic journals;
