The main responsability is to create visual content for the official page of AIESEC in Slovakia together with the Head of Business To Customer for different online campaigns (e.g. recruitment, cultural exchanges, generalengagement).

Creating content for the internal communications channels for the network of AIESEC in Romania was the main responsability. I would create campaigns and the visual design together with the Head of Talent Management of AIESEC in Romania.

1. Plan, execute and track the overall operational strategy of the project on a local level2. Lead OCVP Promo&Reception, OCVP Sales and OCVP Finance&Logistics in order to organize the conference3. Represent the project in the LC and external environment to serve as a bridge when needed4. Implement Team Standards in his team5. Final responsible of accomplishment of sales, budget, promo of the project, delivery of the project, account management

1. Creating the offline & online reception plan2. Ensuring good accommodation and 3 qualitative meals/day (lunch and dinner from the venue)3. Keeping track of arrival and departure of each delegation, and ensuring a traveling plan for each4. Creating the application form for the delegates, and requesting confirmation from them through e-mail and phone5. Ensuring a very good collaboration with the venue’s staff
