- Used AWS Serverless Application Framework to ingest and process incoming web hooks to process patient data- Used Pyspark to build and maintain data ingestion pipelines for claims and EMR data-Mentored Jr engineers

Working on building a world class service to power the next generation of digital health applications. As the product move from 0 to 1 I was the lead engineer on the following features: Scheduling, Medical Billing, Patient Observations, Patient relations, Tags, Patient and Practitioner profiles. Taking these features from inception to design to being used by thousands of patients.

Worked on building data pipelines to ingest all types of healthcare related information. Both optimization and generalizing pipelines for reuse and configurability. Worked with Data Scientists to build data warehouses in AWS using Spark & Presto.

- Worked with Medicaid Quality Team to design and develop comprehensive reporting fully automating a set of reports previously compiled manually. This saved 20 man hours a week while delivering more consistent reports- Develop outreach campaigns that met business requirements - Work with development team and business partners to perform ad hoc analysis, peer reviews, and user acceptance testing

- Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting of feedback research data - Developed tools used by 250 auditors to asses auditing quality and employee performance- Completely automated several process expanding throughput by 300% - Complete ad hoc reporting for C-level stakeholders

· Mentor and train auditors on specialty audit types · Contributed several workflow improvements – standardizing auditing practices · Review auditor’s work for consistency and quality

· Work with insurance companies, providers and recovery analyst to identify and collect incorrectly paid claims · Audit client’s claims to ensure compliance with Medicare’s COB rules · Coordinate outreach to members and groups to confirm accuracy of information · Work on any special projects or reporting as needed

· Performed policy research on payday loans and education issues · Tracked multiple senate bills and keeping the legislator informed of changes and progress

- Taught English - Authored grant proposal that achieved $200,000 in funding and an additional $500,000 renewal- Help run aid relief warehouse/collection point after Cyclone Nargis
