- Perform financial modeling & analysis for supply chain transition projects and strategic initiatives. - Lead sending & receiving site project teams ensuring roles/responsibilities, deliverable support and results are clearly communicated - Develop & implement effective communications to different levels within the organization. - Ensures adherence to the supply chain transition strategies (Standard Transitions Process), plans, and schedules ensuring projects are deployed effectively and as quickly as possible.- Ensure the deployment process is completed on time, within budget with associated productivity savings ensuring equivalent or better customer impact in terms of Delivery and Quality performance.- Track & communicate financial performance related to project cost and savings of assigned projects utilizing visual management tools such as dashboards & regular performance tracking.

- Coordinates all the planning activities at site level.- Coordinates the execution of daily/weekly shipment plan.- Support for new part introduction or applications transfer to other plants.- Execute production planning according to customer demand.- Leads weekly planning meetings with relevant functions in the plant (production, maintenance, HR, manufacturing engineer)- Leads weekly meeting with the team to analyze delivery performance, production, stocks.- Measures, analyze and build improvement plan for customer satisfaction (Voice Of Customer)- Participates to regional planning meetings to define short term strategy for material plan, operations strategy, stock level and inventory- Plan the production and the materials according to machines capacity, machines transfers or up-grades, safety stocks- Active participation to HOS meetings level 2, 3 and SC meetings- Managing the planning team human resources (induction, evaluation, motivation, hand-overs, interviewing)

 Prepare project planning and feasibility. Identify project and resource costs/impacts. Present the project to all involved parties including the final customer. Agree critical milestones dates with all parties including the final customer Coordinate the project team. Maintain the project key metrics (timing, costs, tooling, inventory). Organize audits, training material and transfer of knowledge between parties. Minute project advancement and report status to management team. Identify planning requirements based upon adjusted MPS which includes transfer needs. Evaluate necessary impact on inventory build-up.

 Daily interface between the customer and the plant Receive & solve all customer requirements Make sure that the informatics data have been integrated correctly in SAP (EDI - electronic data interchange, JIT - just in time) Follow report and improve OTTR (On time to request) & the DFA (delivery and forecast accuracy) metrics. Weekly check the demand received from the customer and make sure that it is in line with the sold capacity and escalate immediately any order over sold capacity. Follow the level of deliveries and make sure that this is line with SIOP process. Work with logistic and production departments and ensure good deliveries. Improve the relationship with the customers measured by VOC (voice of customer). Optimize the number of special transport in case of past due. Prepare weekly the production plan, in line with SIOP and production capacity. Create production orders & send them to warehouse and production department. Support the transfers of products and for the new applications. Daily check of the production orders from components and deliveries point of view. Use SAP accordingly with actual procedures and use the tools MPS, MRP, SNP.

 Responsible for HTT suppliers portofolio;  Checking suppliers capacity and deciding the split across HTT plants; Issuing weekly delivery schedule for all HTT Europe plants to suppliers; Supporting and integrating into the regional schedule the SB transfer plans in case of the exit of the suppliers; Reporting suppliers performance ;  Full knowledge of planning tools: MPS, MRP, Vendor Scheduling; Responsible for the components level stock; Responsible for MRP parameters for HTT suppliers portfolio;
