• Investigations Department - Involved in investigation of fraudulent gas consumption; accumulation of notion about gas consumption profiles; gained communication skills and relationship skills with customers, metrological checks of meters; on site checks of meters; Activity monitoring of other employees (revision of the gas network);• Network Asset Operations - Elaboration of new prefeasibility theme ; Technical proposals for new connections; had the opportunity of following the footsteps of the distribution activity and have an overview of the E.ON Distribution activity and processes; • Technical Services Department - Technical assistance; Support in analyzing and resolving the complaint;• Project Management Department -Follow-up of new investments into the gas network grid; budget planning and tracking framing; maintaining relationships with third parties and authorities; site checks of work in progress;• Network Management - Analysis of technical solutions for CTE (Technic and Economical board) meetings; Process and plant management Technical standardization support, optimization distribution network using Optiplan calculation program.
