Responsible for 2 Production sites and a number of 26 Stores with sales totaling up to 5MM Euros and a team of 190 employees.

Responsible for a team of 6 Store Managers with sales totaling up to 100MM Euros and a team of 400+ employees • Lead store operationsto generate & maximize sales and profit, prevent losses • Oversee operations and employee personal and career development to meet sales targets • Design and implement strategic sales objectives to meet KPIs • Plan, organize and coordinate the sales activities in the region, being in the field for at least 50% of the time in order to reach the objectives set by the company's policies and procedures • Establish and track the monthly regional budget • Assign monthly objectives to Store Managers • Responsible for the Profit & Loss analysis for the assigned stores and propose corrective measures where needed • Responsible for monitoring competitor activities in the assigned area

Managing new concepts including short term activiations and pop ups designated to increase sales.* Prepare store lay-outs , preliminary budgets, schedules and develop schematic.* Collaborate with cross functional teams including Retail Operations,Acquisition department, Construction department and Experiential to ensure spaces are designed to fit each store's operational and programming needs, equipping each store with what they need to provide a distinctly retail experience.* Review Architects construction documents to ensure consistency of brand and completeness of drawings meeting all local codes, as well as all vendor proposals, layouts and related shop drawings.* Coordination of all consultants and preferred vendors involved with a project.* Manage capital spending of the project to ensure project stays on budget and schedule.* Visit construction sites and prepare reports (from layout to punch list completion and turnover) to ensure quality of building construction and millwork installation. Identify outstanding issues and ensuring appropriate follow-up.* Able to trouble-shoot and be proactive to solve issues that arise.* Responsible for cost tracking of project, including review and approval of all project related invoices.* Responsible for proper project closeout.
