Marketing Director
Current- Leading the Marketing and R&D departments, according to the objectives and directions established by the Administrative Board - Developing the marketing, R&D and PR strategy (product, corporate, services)- Developing the plan for new and modernized products, taking into consideration the market demand and the profitability - Ensuring profit growth, volume growth and market share growth on each brand in the portoflio Key responsibilities:- Coordinating the launching of the products/brands - Ensuring the optimal management of the industrial marketing activity: product concepts, launching time, cost optimization, profitability - Undertaking continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends by collaborating with specialized market research companies - Developing the advertising and communication strategy (brand and corporate) - Monitoring the results of TV, print, radio, online campaigns and evaluates the investment according to the marketing budget - Developing and coordinating the implementation of the marketing strategy on different sales channels: Key Accounts, pharmacies, traditional trade, brand stores, beauty salons - Identifying new opportunities and specific actions in order to increase the innovation/development of new, competitive products- Monitoring the brands’ portfolio, but also the competitors strategy and adapting the company strategy based on the market evolution - Supervises the collaboration with the advertising agencies, media agencies, and other suppliers in order to successfully meet the marketing plans - Developing, together with other departments, the pricing strategy, taking into consideration the market evolution
