Tudor has over 30 years of professional wisdom and experience earned in corporate and communication management. His role was senior planner, analyst and strategist for clients primarily in organizational communication.He formally retired in Spring 2011 when his son, Ryan, acquired full ownership of TWI Surveys. Tudor remains a trusted adviser and counselor to the company when needed. In recent years, he earned a valued market niche with innovative best practices research, strategy development and employee surveys.His management career began with eight years in corporate public affairs management. Since then he has led the Canadian research practices for two international consulting firms, Towers Perrin and The Alexander Consulting Group (now AON). He established Tudor Williams Inc. and its subsidiary, TWI Surveys, in 1994.
