As a private consultant, clinician, and educator, I leverage my extensive experience and multiple credentials as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) to provide high-quality care, education, and mentorship to diverse health populations in the U.S. and abroad. I have over 20 years of experience in this role, and over 7 years of experience as a nurse practitioner and advanced practice nurse in the U.S. Air Force, where I retired with honors.Some of my core competencies include clinical practice management, clinical protocols, inter-professional practice and simulation, medical readiness training, performance improvement, critical care, and evidence-based practice. I am also a John Maxwell Team Certified Trainer, Mentor, and Coach, and a passionate advocate for patient empowerment and professional development. My mission is to use my clinical expertise, leadership skills, and educational background to improve health outcomes and quality of life for individuals and communities.
