Usability issues arise because many interfaces are not designed with cognitive impairment in mind, complicating navigation for patients and caregivers. Moreover, existing systems often lack advanced cognitive assessment tools and are not integrated with specialized dementia screening software.Effective care coordination among multiple specialists, caregivers, and family members is crucial but poorly supported in many systems. Managing complex medication and supplement regimens common in Alzheimer’s and dementia treatment remains challenging, while tracking behavioral symptoms and environmental factors is inadequately addressed. Privacy and consent management also pose significant hurdles, especially as patients’ cognitive abilities decline.Tracking and managing lab work, along with medication and supplement regimens, are difficult without integrated systems that allow visual correlation of the impact of these treatments over time. NeuraHeal™ aims to close these gaps by providing a comprehensive, integrated software solution that enhances care coordination, usability, cognitive assessment, and holistic patient management.
