Ninutex is established in 2018 ,Istanbul.It is a consultancy company taking a bridge role between fashion brands and vendors.I was leading Sourcing and Buying Management operations at Ninutex.I had the key role to define the right vendors in various product groups and managing all operations starting from product development to shipment.During the pre-order management stage, I worked very closely with fabric and product design teams to identify the best product in best price by implementing design to cost management system. At post-order management stage , i was the responsible person for a daily follow up starting with sample process , color/design approvals , fabric and garment production stages via critical path management system. I worked with several vendors and fashion brands in various product groups within 5 years.

FB Tekstil is one of the top 10 biggest garment exporters in Aeagean region Türkiye, producing jersey/light woven products.I was the responsible Head of Operations working with international brandsoversees all operational processes, including design, planning, production, and logistics, ensuring alignment with company strategy. My key responsibilities include optimizing production and supply chain processes, managing resources, coordinating design and production teams to meet customer specifications, and maintaining effective communication with international customers to manageorders and delivery. I implemented a new internal PLM system in the company and worked on initiatives for lean manufacturing while integrating CSR rating improvements.The company turnover increased up to 35% while total quantity increased 40% during two years.

C&A is one of the leading fashion retailers in Germany with 1500+ stores in 24 countries,sourcing 500 million units per year.I worked at C&A Sourcing Türkiye Liason office as a Senior Product Merchandiser in various product groups within pre and post order stages.I worked with vendors from Türkiye,Europe and North Africa by discussing their performances and help them to build capabilities according to action plan and company KPI’s reporting to Global Sourcing Managers in Germany and Belgium.As a Senior Product Merchandiser , i was constantly in touch with buying teams on a daily basis to ensure the vendors offer the right product with the right quality , price and delivery.During the year 2015 i was selected as an ambassador of PLM management system in Türkiye office and participant in Europe sessions in Düsseldorf.
