I think you have to really like something in order to do it well. Yes, you can learn stuff, you can learn how to act like you like doing stuff, and you can do this literally every day until you just start hating what you do.I love creating. Creating in any way - videos, strategies, coming up with new ideas, making work fun and exciting. So, I strongly believe that it's only beneficial to the outcome of whatever work/project/etc. to use people who love doing this exact task.To elaborate further: I was working with a client and they asked me to create a briefing for a TikTok they wanted to produce. Since I knew the brand, I was aware that we could not overdo it and be excessively 'creative' (yeah, I mean that and it hurts me still that brands just throw away the potential of this app), but however, after I received feedback on my briefing, telling me it was 'too creative' I was really set back. This is not what I do. I want to help brands test their limits and also try new things that comply with their marketing strategy. I want brands to feel like they achieved something, even if we don’t always get lots of new views or reach a many new people. Because creating a personality is not *always* about numbers (I mean, tell this to literally any stakeholder and you will lose but I stand by this) but also about telling your story, testing your limits and most importantly: being creative.I love being creative. I love being tested. And most of all I love creating. But I already said that.
