CurrentI am working as New Product Development Engineer for Replacement and OE market with Bridgestone Technical Center• Involved the industrialization team of new patterns with all seasons of passenger tires in to production on time, 10 new patterns for 6 years and 2 of them still continue. • Collaborated with technical centers and mother plant for the execution of weekly-planned development activities, evaluations, reporting of performances for the industrialization of new tire specifications both cured and green tires. • Defined standards for new green and cured tires to increase yield and consistency in production. • Conducted feasibility studies of new projects and manage allocation of new sizes according to the strategies of plants during budget periods. • Improved products / proceses and monitored non-conformities, managed DMC down studies. • Managed first OE Industrialization studies in plant, according to the requirements of OEMs. • Followed up QT activities and customer claims, organized and managed actions. • Applying problem solving and project management methods for the Industrialization studies. Learned new methods and got trainings in parallel to the requirements of responsibilities. • Encouraged and coached the new engineers related with project management, industrialization design rules and standardize works. Guided the team Daily and weekly according to the new products development project timeline.
